I finally got through my six month lease and am looking for a new place to live ASAP. There is mold everywhere! It stinks horribly like an old basement, the windows are steamed up all the time. When I come in from outside my glasses fog up. I finally had to buy a 25 pint dehumidifier and it fills to the top in less than 24 hours EVERYDAY!! If I could rate this place as a zero, I would. Maintenance does nothing about the mold. This place should be condemned. Gross. I moved here because they'd allow my cat, but it is in no way worth the $670 a month, and I'm sure there are other places that will allow my kitty.

Maybe you should let the manager know about the mold. They will come and fix it that day or the next. They always do.... I should know, I am the manager. If we are not told about a problem we cannot fix it. And your leases state if there is any issue with the apartment to let management know. Thank You, Heritage Village Management

You know about your apartment's problem. You can not be that blind. You can not even keep up with the landscaping. Weeds, dog crap, dirty parking lot, leaves still in the parking lot, pool motor doesn't work - with ducks swimming in the pool, hot tub with non working jets, broken exercise equipment, over grown bushes, leaves and debris everywhere, dirty laundry rooms with old washer & dryers, which are not open 24 hrs, cars broken into all the time, your employee's have no transportation always walking, would probably get more production if they had golf carts instead you have a guy who rides a riding lawnmower everywhere (gas 2.90 gal)Patio's and sidewalks need power washed - moss everywhere (although you did hire someone to power wash the siding who got the job done) Don't move here. If you were to replace things and put money into the apartments you would have better tenants, oh wait you made this section 8. Also, if you have pets and children, there are pit bull breeds there at the complex. Nice lawsuit waiting to happen. Would you like me to get started on the inside. A place where you will not get any deposit back.

why are you putting down people on section 8? It's wrong to generalize people with lower incomes. and what's wrong with Pit Bulls? Sweetest dogs in the world in my experience. She is right about the mold, but management is also right, they get on it quick if you let them know. but it will come back again. Bottom line is they need to replace all the windows, that's where the problem lies. she's also right about the hot tub and the cars getting broken into, but car theft/burglary is common everywhere in Eugene/springfield. Landscaping always looks great in my opinion.
