I've lived here for 4 years. Fine. There were bums having sex on a couch that was left in the trash area. The management advertises "24 hour security" because the laundry rooms have been robbed of their change. My car has vandalized several times. My neighbors have had their cars stolen.

The pool is not open consistently. Like every other day. Either management isn't smart enough to manipulate the chemicals, or they're being cheap. Probably c: a combination of both!

The management sucks. They are in general extremely unhelpful. Some trashy looking younger lady runs the office. In fact, everything about Heritage Village is trashy now. THey used to not allow it, but now they allow large dogs, so as I was out walking my little dog, some teenager had their pitbull running off leash (it was friendly and I'm not afraid of pits, I know they're nice.) but it was still sketchy.

They advertise better prices to new renters, only to jack up prices later. People are leaving here in droves, for good reason.

The pic is taken next to the trash compactor. This place only seems so crappy now because it was so much nicer a few years (4 years) ago.

Haha that's my neighbors bed lol yeah he's right about all of this. But it honestly isn't that bad of a place to live. the location is great. If you have an alarm on your car your set. management is pretty chill but the mold problem is real and it sucks. I've never seen the bums though. overall there are much more horrible places. I don't mind this one but it could be cheaper
