My family and I have lived at this residence before, and returned months later. We are not only satisfied with those who run the place, but there is no turnover of those who work in the office. The property was built in the late nineties and is maintained nicely. Our top floor end unit is the best. Not only do you have no side neighbors when living on the end, but a seperation between the units by a stairwell. Our unit is open, spacious,and has vaulted ceilings. It really does not have that apartment enclosure that most have. We have lived just about every where apartment wise in the goodpasture neighborhood, and this one is comfortable. I do have to admitt things are starting to be a little dated, but overall still nice. They are now installing laminate floors in bottom units, and partially in the top units for noise reasons. I would update faucets, add some crown molding, refinish some of the standard cabinetry in all apartments, etc. Some customization would be nice. We have a pool, basketball court, tennis style court,and a fitness room. A hot tub would be very nice for those winter months. The gym is average to me.
