I stayed at the Heron Club Apartments for one year in a two-bedroom apt. Things I liked: Bette, the manager is terrific: staff in general are excellent, very responsive and helpful; more than enough space; close to river and ponds--great for walking and bike riding; safe; beautiful common area in office with continuous jigsaw puzzle; relatively quiet; clean. Things I didn't like: starting to show age in places; main forced-air heater is not so efficient. Overall, the pluses outweigh the minuses. I would recommend the Heron Club Apts for families and 30s and up singles.
