I love these apartments.
there quiet,neat and clean.
The staff here work with you if you complaints.

maybe you were only hear for a short time and the unit above was empty, I hear every drawer / cupboard / shower / flush /
and footstep above, it's horrible !!! to be fair the noise from
next to me (same level) is not bad only if they blast music
or shout, but above is daily as "VERY" little sound proofing in ceiling / floor above , if you move here do yourself a favor and be on the top level.
