My husband and I moved here from out of state. We did not realize it was primarily a college apartment complex. People can be really loud, with all the parties and everything. We loved the staff and actually made some good friends within the complex, but had to eventually move out because of all the noise. We were expecting a baby and knew it would be way too noisy. So, it's great for students, but not great for people looking for quiet. Also, if you have a two bedroom, invest in several fans. It is soooo hot upstairs in the summer.
