I am sick of looking at my apartment building and seeing cob webs and dirt, which makes me think I live in a dive apartment complex. Also the lanscapers dont know a damn thing about lanscaping, I personally watched them cut the hell out of Rhododendrons and azaleas with hedge trimmers down to almost nothing, Making it look terrible and will for several years trying to recover damage done, lanscapers should know you use hedge trimmers on hedges and pruning sheers on plants and trees. Then the attendent animals poop is an cleanliness issue also. My appliances suck, my sinks have leaked since day one and one of my electrical switches wont work and walls are too thin. Main problems is building needs clean up badly looks like it hasnt been done since complex opened and lanscapers need to be fired and have competent ones replace them. Also people who complain about noise from 10 am to 10pm need to shut up and deal with it. And on weekends chill out if noise goes till 12 am. Noise wouldnt be an issue if walla were thicker and better insulated.
