It's obviously one or the other with these reviews. Love it or hate it. I hate it, so does my roommate. Biggest problem is the management. Paul is a clueless kid. The other review about him is right on. Without good management, a place isn't very good. McKenna Estate...isn't very good. Most people would be happier somewhere else. We've already moved out and found a better place.

It seems to me that when someone writes a positive review they support their review with specific reasons. All most all negative reviews including this one is very general. Why do you say management is clueless? Why did you move out? DID you have pets? How long did you live at Mckenna? These are good things to put in your review. I do appreciate these reviews because it shows us as management where we can improve, when it is needed. Many times with reviews like these there is another side to the story. For example they had pets that destroyed their unit and the residents didnt want to take responsibility for the damage. Please be specific with your reviews so readers get a good understanding of the whats and whys. Thank you. Manager, Paul

Again, this is the "clueless kid" talking in the response above. A manager that goes into the ratings to try to get rating up for an apartment? Try putting as much time into actually managing and maybe you wouldn't get bad reviews.
