My partner and I were very excited to come to McKenna. The apartments were spacious and very well clean.
Then we met Paul and his wife...
We then became the target for repeated pet violations, nasty looks, and poor office service.
We have gone out of our way to manage our pet so that she is clean, quiet, and always well behaved. We then received 3 or 4 violations in a two week period; one was legitimate. Paul there is something to be said for respect and diligence, you have not yet figured out how to manage a large student complex. Paul, although you are nice, you are sexist and inexperienced.
Please can we get someone working here who is not well... with THE church.

PETS!!! All those who have problems with the manager (Paul) either are bad pet owners and or do not obey the rules at Mckenna.

lol They're all mormons you know... We lived here, and moved into an apartment that had a carpet that should've long been replaced. Since we wanted to move in immediately however, we agreed to just accept it. Then after we moved they wanted to charge us over $1000 to have it replaced, claiming the damage was OUR fault. Not to mention that they assured me they didn't charge me a dime over what they were charged, when in fact I talked to the guy who does their carpet replacements, and he gave me a quote that was two hundred less!!
