what rec room? the 10 x 10 room with 4 machines... Lame. If you put less money into remodeling your office and more money into a professional full time manager, Mckenna might be able to justify the high rent.

what is jogerlite2000 prob? I guess he is not grateful for anything. I guess mommy and daddy pay for everything so you don't have to. When it comes to squarefootage v $ its a good deal. It has more then 4 machines in the wieghtroom. Jogerlite2000 must have been turned down by management to be so negative. In any words, jogerlite2000 is just an ungrateful cry baby. Kudos to the management.

Rec Room is nice. The wet bar? are tenants allowed to party in the 10 x 10 room with nice furniture? The HD flat screen? maybe take that $$ and put it into some decent landscaping. Bark? How about mixing in some grass. How many people are going to use the 'club' house here when management's office is in the same room. Can we really come down and party and drink and eat when they are trying to do business in the office? wow, and as to the lines of "The complex has recently been purchased as of Sept. 2006 and is under professional managment vs. college students operating the homes." Yes and since the 2006 take over look at your ratings. CPM is sinking the ship and fast.
