Poor management and poor customer service

I've had a few opportunities to meet with -----, the current manager, and every time she's rude, conniving, and routinely boasts about her past management experience. It's amazing if she does in fact have this past experience, because she is the rudest manager I've encountered thus far. After repeated attempts to work with this management staff, I've gone elsewhere.
Plus management literally runs a day care for their kids out of the management office which is extremely unprofessional (Leave the kids at home!). When ever you have an issue be prepared to watch ----- feed her face and her kids while she is talking to you. Once again this is a trashy management staff.
Simply put, if you want to be treated as a customer and not just some "college kid", stay away from this place.

Its funny how some people who can't abide by rules always run and make such false accusations. Wonder what joggerlite really did. I live here too and never had a problem with -----. She worked with me when my family and I had fnancial difficulties last month. She stays late to help and gets maintenance issues squared away quickly, unlike the previous management (owner). It's nice to have ----- here working for us, not against us.

I live here too. I am a "college kid", No one here treats anybody like anything other than a person. This dude has a real attitude problem. I know who you are. Give it up. No one care about your opinion.

Don't think jogerlite2000 is talking about ----- here at McKenna. When speaking to ----- you never know how long she's been in the business. Unless you ask. Boasting is for uneducated people like jogerlite2000. Glad joerlite2000 went somewhere else. We don't need you here. As of a day care in the office, WHERE? Only kids you see here are the colege kids like me and other staff "children". Only when they are leaving or visiting. They are very nice and they willintroduce you to them. They don't stand around and gossip, they have a real nice staff. If you are talking about drinking coffee as stuffing her face. Your a joke. Well we already knew that, but what a joke. Working here at McKenna all the hours and people she has to deal with. She deserves a few cups of coffee. I will even bring her one just to deal with your attitude. Because of people like jogerlite2000, she never gets to leave and take a lunch. Dude stay away!
