Don't even look at these places! Certified Property Management is running this place into the ground. They have acted without good intention and just fired the manager (Ellen) without grounds. They have straight up lied about things and forged her signature. Seriously, folks, this management company just doesn't know what they are doing. They have raised rents and then changed rules. We have lived here for more than 4 years and it has just gotten worse and worse. Don't expect to be able to use your porch for any kind of storage (even barbecues and lawn furniture) and they have changed the rules without legal notice and then changed them back. Honestly, I hope that everyone in the place leaves soon. I know that we are. I would not sign another lease even if they offered it. RUN AWAY... I CAN NOT stress this enough. It's not just a ticked off tenant ranting. This is fair warning. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! If I could rate this place a zero I would.
