I have lived here for over three years and have watched Certified Propery Management run it into the ground. I have watched ----- work overtime every night making sure the grounds are swept and the office is immaculate. I have watched ----- meet with residents to problem late into the night, providing them with the best customer service. She not only made this place liveable, but she was the heart and soul of the place. She makes a sincere effort to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. I think that Certified Property Management is completely corrupt and evil to fire -----, she deserves a medal for her hardwork and perseverance. I am sick of the stupid notices that change every day and the complete lack of respect the management shows to it's residents, the people who pay the money to live here and are protected by rental laws which favor the tenant. ----- was not to blame for those notices, she merely received them from Certified Property Management and made copies. She was only doing her job, the job they fired her for doing. I think all the current residents, regardless if they are leaving, should do something about this corruption and unfair treatment of ----- and her family.
Let's bring Certified Property Management down, let's not give them our money anymore.

Maybe you all should help the manager who was fired to obtain a new job then since she or he is so wonderful. I bet you could write her some fabulous recomendation letters!

Judy, it's nice to see you posting without identifying yourself as management. I certainly thought she was so wonderful that I resigned my lease despite fears somebody like you would step in. I hope your employers understand what you are doing to their bottom line and enjoy your BBB investigations and upcoming court appearences. You deserve them.
