Me and my family have lived here for 4 years. We will not be signing our lease again this year. We have gone through at least 5 different managers. When we finally get an AMAZING manager who does everything she can to make this place the best it can be she gets fired! The new manager is horrible. I have personally done work for her at her old apartment complex and she REFUSED to pay me which is illegal. She couldnt manage applewood so how does she think she can manage this one. ----- had to help her manage her own apartment complex. ----- should not be here. Out of all the managers ive seen ----- has been the best manager mckenna has ever seen. She should be rewarded for all her hard work not fired. Her and her entire family have put in so much to this place and they were treated like crap in return.
Do not move here! You will get new manager after new manager. And with each new manager theres changes. You never know whats going to change month to month. INCLUDING the constant increase in prices. When we moved here rent was over 100 dollars less a month.

Don't forget the 'lost' paperwork every time a new manager comes in to the place. We have had to provide copies of our pet deposit twice now. We can't wait to get out. It makes me wonder why in the letter they sent out to the tenants they said that ----- did a "wonderful job" and she was moving on!?! She was fired! It's just one more example of how this company contradicts and is inconsistent to the point of being untrithful!
