I was really happy with this complex when I first moved here, but in the last several months it has gone on a serious decline. The parking used to be first come first serve. This was never a problem, as there was always enough parking. They then instituted a policy where each apartment can only have one car in the apartment lot. This means that if you own more than one car, you're forced to park the extra car on one of the busiest and most dangerous streets in town. Meanwhile, there are a ton of parking spots inside the complex that just sit empty.
The new management also instituted a fascist patio storage policy. You aren't allowed to have patio furniture on your patio!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Don't move here!!!!!!
