I haven't heard ----- say anything negative about the company or the new management. I like the complex and am just disappointed at the loss of an exc-----t manager, who I felt was working hard to improve life for the residents. I am also saddened that the management company would do this to someone right before Christmas.

It's funny. I love the assumption that the former manager is badmouthing the company. We lived with her as our manager for some time and knew what she was about. When management started eviction proceedings against tenants for doing things they had always been allowed to do without any warning whatsoever, it was obvious the on-site manager was not responsible. I never heard her badmouth the company. We just knew she wouldn't be foolish or nasty enough to do things the way you (---- --------) have done them.

I've known the now fired manager for many years and she even is post firing was honorable with her comments regarding the company she just got fired from. Of course she was upset, getting a pay increase, exc-----t reviews and then whammo fired. It was distressing for many of the tenants. One of the reasons I signed my lease with McKenna was because she was the manager. I like her as a person and I like her honesty and integrity. the issues that I had was that Certified Property Management, In my opinion, put her in a difficult position.
