I agree with all of the criticism of this complex. The parking policy is horrible. I wouldn't mind limiting the complex to one space per apartment if there was adequate overflow parking, but there isn't. You basically can't have guests. It was a huge hassle this weekend because my mother-in-law wanted to visit and there was no parking (she's disabled and in a walker and the one handicap spot was taken). Our "assigned" spot is so far away that we might as well had her park on the street. It's a nightmare!!!!!!
I don't know what the deal was with Ellen, but she was always great. The new management takes over and we get these awful policies. S
