This place is not safe From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   I want to warn people about the lack of safety here. There are no lights in the parking lot, at least 2 (that I know of) cars have been broken into, there was a hit and run a few months ago that was left unresolved, one of our cars had the drivers side window smashed in in the middle of the night, and worst of all a friend of ours woke up at 3 in the morning with a man standing over her and her fiance. He chased the guy down in the parking lot and called the police. The guy broke into her first floor apartment and again, the apartment complex didnt notify anyone that this occured. Oh yeah, my bicycle was stolen from their "secure" bike areas (yes it was locked). In all this place is just not very safe to live in. Worse of all they dont notify the tenents of things happening in the complex so most people are just unaware, it sounds like I dont even know everything. They also continue to post changes that are occuring on the property that violate our lease, and they dont have an explanation other than "we gave you notice". Since I have been here, you cannot have anything on your porch but patio furniture, the parking has changed from unassigned, to assigned spaces, to unassigned but only 1 vehicle per unit covered and the rest in overflow parking. Finally, the management changed and it happened it a very bad way. In was a suprise because the previous manager was great. She really helped out and honestly was the reason we decided to move in. We had a clogged sink once and she came after hours and helped us clean out the pipes, no charge, just kindness. They fired her just before chrstmas and replaced her with someone who would frequently come in late to the office and is unable to help us after hours. I have called before complaining about noise, and people parked in the red and they do absolutely nothing... Please dont go here. You have been warned.
