Great place, great price, noise problems

Parkgrove is definitely a nice place to live - nice grounds, great managers, attentive maintenence crews. Loved the covered/assigned parking, has floor to ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light. I did have problems with neighbors however, along with two other sets of tennants who decided to move out. These next door neighbors of mine had a surround sound system. Although the problem was eventually taken care of, the boom boom boom through the walls was still occassional, and the problem had gone on for months. Also, there were ant problems within the apartment. One of the largest design flaws in these apartments was that all of the tree debris clogged the drainage pipes, and they would overflow onto the porch, thus coming up underneath the sliding glass door and flooding my kitchen. There are no overhangs on the porch to prevent this from happening! And...this is in Oregon people... so what's up'!
