Having lived in the crowded San Francisco bay area, moving here to Parkside has been a pleasant experience. The walls are paper thin, as are most apartments. I've lived here for 7 months now, and the area is quiet, well kept and the neighbors all keep to themselves. The major deciding factor for me was the back patio and the ability to have my 2 dogs.
