Living at Parkside is just like living in the middle of a park.

My husband and I recently moved here from out of state. We picked this complex based on the ratings here at apartment ratings. We couldn't be happier.

The office staff are wonderful. So friendly and helpful.

The grounds are beautifull and perfectly maintained. Even the trash can area is clean!

The maintenance staff are friendly and prompt.

The complex is extremely pet friendly. There are doggy do-do stations located along the many walkways and an adjacent park. The off-leash dog park is just a short 5 minute drive. The office staff even keep doggy biscuits on hand for when our dog visits the office with us.

The complex is almost silent, it's so serene. The walls are extremely thick and we NEVER hear our neighbors. We do live on the second floor in an end unit (so I'm sure that helps).

The apartments are in excellent condition and include large windows and ceiling fans. They do also have optional upgrades for extra celing fans, microwaves, and paint color options.

Each apartment gets one covered parking spot. There is ample extra parking adjacent to each building. Parking for guests is NEVER a problem. Garages and storage rooms available for rent as well.

There is an outdoor basketball court, indoor basketball court, spa, exercise room (2 treadmills, 2 elipticals, weight station, recumbant bike with airconditioning and tv), locker rooms with shower near the exercise room, conference room, clubhouse with kitchen, fireplace, and living room area. Library and video rental available in the clubhouse.

The grounds are well lit and safe to walk around at night/early morning.

We have a 2 bed/2 bath "willow" apt, current rent is $835 (which includes $10 pet rent). Cable 1-77 chanels are included in our rent. Rent also includes $15 utility fee. We pay phone, internet, electricity only.
