Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The location is too far away from everything to be this expensive. THe appts are old and not that nice for the price. I had a severe ant problem, driping from ceiling and very high heating costs. I could hear just about every footstep from the people above too. Good management, and a quitet place , but there are plenty of places that are better and cheaper.
