Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Too expensive for the age of the place..funny little old fireplace-heater-things taking up space in the living room. parking isn't very good.

Lots of noisy leaf blowers and clean-up guys in carts; it would be much better if they used electric carts. If your neighbors smoke you can smell it through the walls, and certainly on your balcony.
