a really nice place to live

I lived there for about eight months, and would have gladly stayed longer. My apartment had a view of the city and the tree filled hill so there was a lot of privacy. I definitely didn't feel like I was living in town, and felt more like I was out in the hills.
The rooms were on the smaller size, but I had plenty of room for a queen size bed, large desk, and tv cabinet.
My apartment had new carpeting and laminate wood floors which was really nice and clean. Kitchen cabinets were old, but were in good enough shape. Appliances were older, but worked. There is a dishwasher in every unit.
Parking could be problematic at times, but I always found a spot. Never heard noise from neighbors, even when obvious they were having a lot of people over. Management was always extremely friendly, even spent a good 15 minutes just talking to the woman owner one day.
The buildings don't look that special from the outside, but make sure to take a tour. And even though they aren't the most updated apartments in Eugene, the area makes up for it and they feel really homey. Tons of deer and wildlife right outside your door.
Looked at lots of places in Eugene, and this place by far had the best price.
