I had never seen this website until today (I am looking for apartments in St. Louis, where I am moving to for Grad School). I lived in Redwood Park in 1999-2000 and 2003-2004. I have never had a bad experience. The only bad thing is parking is rough. Besides that it is very nice. The management, even after BMC took over, is nice too. I'm not sure what people were complaining about.
