Horrible, it used to be nice

As mentioned before, BMG ruined this complex. The person must have lived there when I did, and I saw it change practically overnight.
The personable and friendly relationships with staff was lost when they were replaced by corporate, untrained staff.
Unanswered complaints, no more onsite maintenance (an answering sertvice pages a business that best suits your emergency and you wait for a spell for when they decided to answer your page)
They took away assigned parking, so now any one can park anywhere even in front of your door. They are not there much, and it is just plain dirty. It was so clean and pretty when I moved there. Shame on them for ruining such a charming property.
