I lived there from '94 to '95. The management always had a habbit of loosing my rent checks and even lost my one month notice. They were very rude, untill I showed them the receipts to prove that I paid on time. They even gave me eviction notices saying that I had failed to pay rent on several occasions. Glad I filed every receipt. I guess not much has changed since then, I have had a few friends that lived there since. The apartment size was big enough for a single person, very basic though. Parking was hard to get near your apartment. I think if it had a different management at the time it would of been better.
