I moved into this complex in August 2002. At first, I was very pleased with management; they were friendly and courteous and very flexible. A new management company has recently taken over, and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received. The new management company embodies the impersonal, corporate management style I truly dislike. My encounters with the new manager have left a truly bitter taste in my mouth, and the relatively low rent is no longer worth it. The apartments are old, I've had serious ant problems, the balconies and staircases need structural work, and I'm tired of dealing with a smug and smarmy manager. As much as I hate moving, I'm ready to pack up and go elsewhere.
