Don't listen, this place is not bad

At the time I am paying 500 for a one bedroom, which is a bit much considering the place is pretty small, but there are definetly more exspensive areas around. Currently they are replacing windows due to some mold complaints, and while they are doing so they are also replacing the cabinets which is a plus.
So for the next few weeks the apartments are under construction, but ahem, they are providing free vouchers to stay at the Eugene Hilton during that time(and even paying the fee for you to bring your small pets along, which is great considering I have 2 cats).
So really, this place is in a good part of town since Walmart and Target are just a few convienant blocks away which is a plus for shopping. There are bus stops on Bertelsen leaving commute without a vehicle easy. And, the places looks good and are well kept with a nice wooded play area for children.
Once again, this place is definetly not that bad
