dirty blinds are a natural wear of the apartment, scuff marks on the walls as well as worn carpet. JUST LIKE AS THE OTHER WRITTER WROTE...THEY WERE ROBBED OF THEIR DEPOSIT! Really, how much does replacing blinds cost'' I have lived in my complex for five years now, rent increase only twice, complimentary carpet cleaning once a year, new carpet every three years, accent wall if I wanted one and I did(blue)and I have had my WHOLE APARTMENT painted once I have been here and have NOT BEEN CHARGED ONE DIME! And to hear that someone was charged for dirty blinds is beyond me!!
