I am a first time renter and honestly these apt's arent that bad. However when I moved in I was told that the carpet was new, its obvioulsy not, all the appliances are really cheap and aren't that efficient. The maintenence men are RUDE and weirdly invasive. They state that you shouldn't fix anything your self that they have "special" licensed people to fix everything and that is soo not true! I was going to get my own guy to patch a piece of my carpet but went with their's and now have to get it done again because the carpet has lifted again! Obviously costing me more money that I dont have! I really dont like the unassigned parking because anyone and everyone parks where they please leaving actual residence to park elsewhere no where close to their own apt! I love that pets are accepted since I have a dog, however there have been numerous times when someone elses dog will run up to my back door and try to bust in to my dog! There is suppose to be a leash rule at all times while your pet is outside and since I am in the back of the apt's I guess this doesnt apply. This would fit too with the landscaping;all the rest of the property is pretty good but since my back patio goes to a field and open path to the main road there is trash and bums walking back and forth all the time (kind of creapy). If I could move out right now and not pay to break my lease I would!! However I am stuck here for a while.
