For One They always want to come into your place and check the "fire Alarms". In September River terrace misplaced our rent check. I got three letters on my door in a 2-day period. When I went down to the office to show them the receipt. I never received an apology. The next month when I went to pay my rent, I was told I owed them $50 dollars for the last months rent being late, Once again I went home to get the receipt to prove I paid my rent on time, once again, no apology. The next day I got home and a letter on my door said I needed to pay a $50 dollars for the last months rent being late. The manager did not correct the error so for the third time I had to prove I paid on time. So for Now I think the problem is fixed but with river terrace you never know!! I still live in river terrace but plan to move out the day my lease runs out, very very soon.
