Their management staff doesn't appear to talk to one another, as any information you give to one person is not passed on to the rest. So you end up dealing with 3-4 people to get anything resolved.

While I was staying there, there was an issue with a cockroach infestation in one of the other apartments. To rid this, they wanted to spray every apartment with chemicals inside and out. Being an avid plant lover, I objected to them spraying my home (especially since WE didn't have the pest problem). However, they said it was in their right to do so (which is not stated anywhere in the lease- I checked), and entered the house without my consent.

That prompted me to leave after the lease was up. When I did, they charged me for ridiculous items, including: wear on the carpets (I lived there two years- of course the carpets are going to be worn), replacement of all the burner trays, and smoke damage to the inside of the cabinets. I DON'T EVEN SMOKE!!!

Yes, it is a great location (if you don't mind the speed bumps every 10 feet), but save the money and go somewhere that they treat you like a tenant, not a financial gain.
