For the price you would be better off buying a starter home.
When I moved in four lights were burnt out and one outlet did not work.
The oven fan has not been fixed since it was reported three months ago.
As for security I am most displeased.
Almost every night homeless people, and others dig through the dumpsters.
The managment response is to call the police who tell the managment to deal with it.
The other issue is car safty.
Since i have been here (5 months) 4 cars have been stolen, and at least 3 broken into.
There is no community feel to this place either.
Most of the population are unfriendly asian-americans that speak little if any english and glare at you when you pass by.
When I say hello they ignore me.
Overall I would not live here if you could find another place it is a high price to pay to be a victim.
