Nice place, unfriendly residents

The complex is very well-kept and quiet. My two-bedroom apartment is spacious, clean and light.

The residents here are decidedly unfriendly. It is infrequent that you get someone to look you in the eye, let alone say hello even when directly addressed. I've never been in such an unfriendly setting.
