I lived there for a year in a 2 br/2 ba. The apartments are clean and nice looking, but you can easily tell the building is cheaply put together. It is very easy to nick the walls, and the molding in the bathroom practically fell apart when touched by humidity. I could hear my neighbor opening and closing the drawers in the kitchen, very thin walls! At first I thought it was a deal because I moved from California and the rent is much more there, but then I found out we were getting hosed, and we moved as soon as the lease was up. We had incredibly rude neighbors. Most of the occupants are young kids driving pricey cars probably paid for by mom and dad. The other half of the population is non-english speaking asians who wouldn't lower themseles to speak to you. Oh yeah, and the office workers are a bunch of airheads.
