River Terrace

 

My husband and I lived in River Terrace for 6 months and love it very much.

It has a super convinient location, which is within 3-mins drive to Valley River Mall /Breeze (free bus for UO students and faculty ), cinema and restraunts.

It is also very close to the East Bank Trail of Willamette River, 5-mins away, I can enjoy beautiful river scenery while jogging or biking.

Living in some apartments you can have a long view of Delta Pond like we do, however, we also have the view of Delta Highway.

The noise is not bad when window is closed.I guess apartment/townhouse located in the middle of the complex will not have the noise issue.Ask about the location before rent.
The room is quite spacious, clean and well maintained.

The management team is very responsible,friendly and willing to help.From all kinds of events (like poker games)they host throughtout the year and the beautiful decoration of the office lobby, you can tell they do want the tenants have fun and feel more comfortable.
The apartment also provides conviniences like free car wash (especially popular in summer)and DVD library.

I like these two best.

The indoor basketball court is very nice.

The neighbors I've met are all very polite,friendly and quiet.We never bothered by any party animals.In summer time, there are quite a few young kids running/biking around, so drive carefully.

Overall, I think River Terrace is a wise choice for new comers to Eugene.
