My husband and I lived in a 2 BR 2 1/2 BA Townhome for 1 year and had to move out of state. River Terrace was my favorite apartment complex to live in and I have lived in 7 over the last 5 years. The landscaping is great, staff is nice and helpful, homes are clean, bright, and roomy. The location is great, close to everything.

There are always a few downfalls to any apartment and the 2 we noticed were, 1.)Neighbor noise (to be expected), we could hear the phone ringing of our neighbor below us. 2.) Bird doo doo everywhere, on your door, car, driveway, entryway, etc, etc. (Also to be expected with so much wildlife around).

This is a great and safe place to live, enjoy!

the bird doo was a real problem. and the birds nesting in the spaces over the doors were messy, noisy, and drove my cat nuts.
