I have lived at River Terrace for 18 months, and I really enjoyed living there. If my friends hadn't successfully persuaded to buy a home, I probably would have continued living there.

Pros:
The staff is very friendly and professional.
The community is always kept clean and nice.
There is ample parking. I never had any problems in that regard.
The community is inhabited mostly by professionals I believe, thus no loud noise from student parties.
The gym facility is excellent including a workout room, showers, and a full-sized indoor basketball court, which is very useful.
The monthly poker tournament in the club house is always very fun.
During the time I lived there, I never observed or noticed any problems with regard to safety.
Apartment units are clean, at least in my case. The in-house washer/dryer set is very convenient.
The deposit and checkout policies are fairly reasonable. I got most of my money back.

Cons:

Sometimes in the morning it does get loud from maintenance work. That is only if you wake up late (i.e., after 8:30 am).
The construction is as such that you can hear your neighbors pretty well.

Overall Riverterrace is definitely highly recommendable.
