I moved into River Terrace several months ago, and am shocked by what I am reading.
I have loved my apartment and haven't had any problmes with the staff, in fact they've been great.
My friends recommended this place, they've lived here for years, my suggestion is to read between the lines, check the place out yourself.
I got a great deal, love the location, really like my apartment, views of pond area.
Very happy in Eugene...

That has to be one of the most artificial and obviously management-originated review yet. They put the rating at a 4 because they think we're just THAT gullible, and then describe things in hyperbolic positives. *wretch* I'm so sick of fake reviews and responses.
