River terrace is a good place to live.
The units are nice, the staff are nice, and the parking is plentiful.
This area is very quiet except for early in the morning when yard maintenance is being done.
Overall this is a great place to live.

Wow, management and owners really think we're stupid-- thanks for the extremely obvious and biased "review." When will managers STOP responding to tenant reviews, acting as tenants slamming the review, or leaving gold-leaf reviews for their own properties? They probably never will, since they don't understand that potential renters read between the lines.
