I lived here for about a year and in that time the staff were always friendly and respectful of my questions or concerns. Any maintenance i needed done was done within a day of my request, sometimes sooner. The only down side is that the place is a little expensive. Its very quiet all day and night. A very safe and secure place, i never had to worry about my things being stolen or broken. A very family and pet friendly environment, oh and you can paint your apartment with signing a promise note to paint it back to the original color when you decide to leave. but like i stated before the only downside to this place is the price per month. not that great for students unless you have roommates!

... yet another incredibly obvious attempt by an owner/manager to put a nice, pretty patina phrased as the "criticism sandwich." Something good, something challenging/bad, something good. When will landlords and owners realize that reviews are rarely posted to this site if good? The best review for a property is one with few reviews and yet the property has been around a while, at least for a non-verified site such as this. The review in question on 10/07/09 is absolutely scathing in its review saying that the price might be a bit high... and, oh yeah, don't go there if you're a student or you have roommates (that was sarcasm, in case the inch-thick crust of it wasn't noticeable). The owner/manager/landlord/Mr. Potter obviously wants certain tenants, or obviously ones they want of a certain fiduciary feather. Postings like that make former tenants and site watchers glad they donate some of their lives to watch for this self-serving sewage of a "tenant" posting. Try again-- we're smarter than this. Maybe move beyond the checklist of your self-claimed accolades that amount to little more than a glorified advertisement. PS: If you slam my response with personal attacks and avoid refuting my claim with direct and clear examples that prove what you mean, you're just proving my point.
