By far, this has been the nicest out of several (actually, six) apartments I've had in Eugene. I never hear any noise from my neighbors and everyone seems to keep to themselves. Crime seems to be really low in this community, and this is the first place I've lived in Eugene where I haven't seen transients wandering the grounds at night. The manager is really kind and easy to deal with. The apartments are newer and have little details that just make them above and beyond typical rentals in the area. Tiled countertops and floors, natural gas ranges and fireplace, built-in microwave, skylights, vaulted ceilings, great lighting... This is really just a fantastic place to live.
