Do Not move in this complex. The unit is very nice clean and new. but the management is horrible. They do not have a regular maintence man. They went thru 5 while I was there. It takes forever to get anything fixed. And certain units have really really bad mold. I have lived in other places in eugene and it is not this bad. Something about the way they were built.i would not recomend this place whatsoever.

I totally disagree, we just signed a lease in June. We haven't moved in yet, but the management was so good to us. Bobbi was very upfront and helpful. I hope you will at least give Somerset the benefit of the doubt and find out for yourself!
