My husband & I moved here from Chicago and did all of our apartment shopping online. Bobbi, the office manager, was extremely helpful in getting us settled at Somerset through the distance. We rented an end unit townhome. The garage space was incredible for storage of our many boxes, a car, and a motorcycle. The unit also has an abundance of storage on the third level (a very rare layout in comparison to other apartments). The walls were built with a double layer of something to provide a better sound barrier. This was the first apartment I've lived in that I never heard outside noise or noises from the neighbors unit (music, phone ringing, water running etc). The washer and dryers were nice. The fridge is exremely small but works for an apartment. There are incredible views. The staff is friendly and the landscaping is beautiful and clean. Parking was never problem. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this complex.
