My wife and I had the pleasure of renting an apartment for a year at Somerset Villas while our house sold in California. We were delighted with our experiences at Somerset. The apartments are a cut above in many aspects. First, the walls between the apartments (townhouses) are very sound proof. It was rare we heard any noise on either side of us. A few times one of our neighbors apologized for playing his music too loud and we were not even aware of it. Second, Somerset is extremely well managed. Janey, the manager, is a pleasure to deal with and genuinely cares about her renters. Third, they have a very efficient handyman that takes care of problems quickly and professionally.
