I had nothing but problems with these people. I can not even begin to tell you all the problems i had just moving out. I moved out Oct of 2006, it is now almost december and i am still having problems with them. I moved out on the 7th of Oct. Lisa, the manager told me she would Pro-Rate me the 7 days. She is now trying to charge me a full months rent. I cleaned the carpets on a regular basis when i lived there. They are trying to say that when i moved out there were stains on the carpets. I have pictures to prove otherwise. They will con you and try to get any amount of money out of you they can. They are rude and unorganized. I paid rent on time in Aug of 2006. Almost TWO MONTHS later they send a notice saying i paid august rent late and they wanted me to pay a late fee. They are the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. DO NOT LIVE HERE...PLEASE!
