I have to start off by saying that the maintenance team at this place is amazing!! Same day service for any problem. Lot said let the bashing begin!!

The apartments were painted in flat paint which caused many problems with dirt on the walls (which I was of course fined for when I moved out). The office staff (which was the biggest pain) were hard to deal with and would often give many different answers to the same question.

If you love to throw loud parties and meet other students it is a great place. It is a place best suited for the young undergrad crowd, and not good for a dedicated student who wants a good place to study (although I lived by the pool and the main parking lot which was the the loudest part of the complex). I was awaken many nights because of drunken fights in the parking lot or loud parties.

The toughest part about living there is that if you have one roommate move out you must find a friend to move in or the office will assign you a new roommate. Each roommate is on a separate lease, which is great for $$ reasons, but not if someone wants out. You think you are living in an apartment, but you are really living in an upscale quad.
