I lived here for a year during my Senior year as a U of O student. What a horrible mistake it turned out to be. Most nights there were extremely loud parties until 4 a.m., the police showing up to break up fights as things often escalated. There were also monthly inspections of the units where they would post a note on your door that they would be coming in to inspect "sometime" that week... Not very convenient if you expect a shred of privacy from month to month. The management was very disagreeable. Bascially it amounted to a dorm living experience, minus your friendly resident advisor. I moved there to meet people my age but unlike the dorms I found there was not a variety of personalities and backgrounds, just basically the worst, most spoiled party-prone undergraduates you have ever met!
