The commons is basically a sophomore dorm. I stayed here summer of my Freshman-soph year and had a blast living/partying with this crazy college environment. However the managment is very shotty and unprofessional. Some of the Maintinance crew actually stole items from our apartment(Maintenance Mike). They have rediculous fines and violation/policies that are based on nothing. I lived here for just a summer and had the time of my life, BUT I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THE COMMONS especially if i want to pass my classes in the school year. So if you like outta control drunken parties, limitless hookups, and a loud environment this is the place for you. Otherwise forget it. Getting stabbed, robbed, rapped, beaten etc isn't worth it.
